## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Whatsup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

## 2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Whatsup to:

- Post or distribute sexual content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.

- Violate intellectual property rights or engage in copyright infringement.

- Promote or distribute content related to violent extremism, terrorism, or hate groups.

- Upload, store, or transmit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any non-consensual exploitation. **(Zero Tolerance: Any CSAM violations will result in immediate termination, IP banning, and reporting to law enforcement, including NCMEC.)**

- Engage in financial fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, or the sale of regulated/illegal goods using virtual coins or fiat.

- Spam, bully, harass, threaten, or manipulate the platform's referral or payment systems.

**Enforcement:** Whatsup reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, revoke virtual coin balances, and withhold payouts for any user found violating this Acceptable Use Policy. CSAM reports are escalated to law enforcement without delay.

## 3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Whatsup a license to display and distribute it.

## 5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

## 6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
